Oman Flour Mills Co. SAOG (OFM)
Established in 1977, OFM was the first food manufacturing industry in the Sultanate of Oman and one of the first companies to be listed on the Muscat Securities Market. With Oman Government shareholding of 51% over the last 30 years, the company has grown from strength to strength, and today we have a turnover of more than RO 70 million. OFM has 2 production facilities, a flour mill with a wheat milling capacity of 850 metric tonnes per day and a feed mill with a capacity of 1100 metric tonnes per day. The company also has silos with a grain storage capacity of 120,000 metric tonnes at Port Sultan Qaboos.
OFM markets its flour products under the brand name "DAHABI" meaning"golden" in Arabic. More than 20 varieties of flour and allied products are produced under this brand. The company also produces more than 20 different animal feeds under the brand "BARAKAT".
